Since day one, that was Jan.6,2023 until the closing April 18, 2023, Mark and all his Team were very professional, emphatic, and keep me informed of every step we are doing. I recently worked with Mark and his team on selling my Mother's condo after she passed away last year. He and his team were awesome to work with. Mark was very knowledgeable about setting the right price and got more than we expected. They were also instrumental in helping get the property ready to show as well as helped work through inspections after it had listed. We received a full price offer from one of the first listings. The Mark Ramey Group did a fantastic job selling a house for us. It was a difficult time and Mark was able to provide his expertise with an Estate/Probate sale. I had a wonderful experience working with Mark and his entire group. From the moment Mark came to my home to meet me I knew I didn't need to interview anyone else. We decided to move forward and his staff jumped into action. We did a few things inthe house, his listing agent got the pictures done, put it up and within three hours we got a full-price offer and his closing agent took over and we were able to close early. Everyone worked together as a team and it was amazing.
