I went to the Huntvalley office. I had 4 extractions.When my husband and I arrived we only waited about 5-10 minutes before I was called to the back. Everyone I came in contact with was very kind and polite and made me feel very comfortable. My appointment was at 8:15 My husband was driving me home by 9:30.Overall experience was great!!!!! Dr. H**** even called my home that night to ask was I doing ok and did I have any questions. When I am all healed up I am going back for implants.
No star would be ideal. The office is non-responsiveness and Dr ****** lacks accountability. He chipped my tooth after his first implant placement failed and refused to make me whole and blamed me of chipping my own tooth. In addition to that when trying to get in touch with someone in regards to my pain still no call back. The insurance company is making attempts to contact the office; no response.
