I’m 69 yrs old and literally the best oral surgeons I have ever been to . Had wisdom tooth removed yesterday that was also infected and last night had a good night sleep, best in a long time with no pain

Totally unacceptable experience. Early January I booked appointment at Crossroads for implants consultation. Appointment was for February 14th. Today they called me and said that they can do it only on March 18th. Made me already waste one month and trying to make me waste one more. And told me to keep calling them to see if there were any cancellations. Bad practice.
I went recommended by my dentist office for a tooth extraction and the customer service and treatment by the dentist were simply put awful. Dr. Zoulis immediately told me there could be some "potential risks" because the tooth was located at the top and near my sinus cavity. He said that he might need to take meat from my cheek to close the hole if one was left. I agreed. He sends in his administrator to collect $300 which I paid up front.
