Len at the Springfield store was amazing!! He was very kind and patient as we helped my mom pick out a new mattress. She is in a wheelchair and he quickly assessed her needs and addressed them in a kind and unassuming manner so that she felt special and understood, not embarrassed. The process was easy and low pressure. I highly recommend you visit this store!
Len was extremely helpful in getting us to find the perfect mattress. He was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to make a good decision. We also purchased pillows that offer great support for our necks. We have used their delivery services in the past. Delivery is very professional and inexpensive. All in all excellent mattresses and wonderful service.
