My first experience with Mattress Factory was in July of 2016. My son had outgrown his twin bed, which I'm pretty sure we purchase from Mattress factory. This time he was in the market for a queen size bed. As soon as we walk through the door Mark Leotta warmly greeted us and proceeded to educate us about beds. I came to Mattress Factory in Deptford for the first time. Mark was friendly but NEVER high pressure. He told me "to take my time" and lay down on several mattresses. He explained carefully how each mattress differed. There was no question in my mind that I would buy from him. I returned later in the month and purchased a beaitiful Therapeutic mattress. Mike wrote me up and was equally courteous and kind. I can't wait for my mattress to "come home" to me.
