I came to Mattress Factory in Deptford for the first time. Mark was friendly but NEVER high pressure. He told me "to take my time" and lay down on several mattresses. He explained carefully how each mattress differed. There was no question in my mind that I would buy from him. I returned later in the month and purchased a beaitiful Therapeutic mattress. Mike wrote me up and was equally courteous and kind. I can't wait for my mattress to "come home" to me.

The process was so easy. We came in to purchase a bed for our daughter. Mike was very helpful in answering any questions we had. We purchased from Mattress Factory years ago and were happy with our bed and we know our daughter will enjoy her new bed as well.
