We went to Mattress Factory to look at several models by a specific manufacturer. The salesman, Mark, was very friendly and directed us to those models, explained the differences and answered all of our questions. We ended up purchasing a better model than we had intended since there was a sale that kept us in our budget range as compared to the prices for the same models at other retailers. We came back after having such a great experience buying mattresses and box springs for my family-no hard sell, great guidance and works in your budget . Fast delivery on our schedule too. Mark was our salesman and he made the whole purchase process easy, informative, and relaxing. We first stopped here and then checked out two other stores nearby. After the other two stores, we knew we would be making our purchase at this store. The selection is varied in a good way. Mark showed us mattresses within our budget and didn't show us anything over our budget unless we asked.
