The salesperson, Mike, showed us exactly what we needed within the first 15 minutes. The samples they had in the Deptford showroom were exactly what we needed to figure out the exact firmness. What we bought was a good deal because of Their President’s Day sale and shipping was within the week. Very nice experience. Thanks Mike!

We went to Mattress Factory to look at several models by a specific manufacturer. The salesman, Mark, was very friendly and directed us to those models, explained the differences and answered all of our questions. We ended up purchasing a better model than we had intended since there was a sale that kept us in our budget range as compared to the prices for the same models at other retailers. We came back after having such a great experience buying mattresses and box springs for my family-no hard sell, great guidance and works in your budget . Fast delivery on our schedule too.
