I purchased a Thermapedic mattress from Mattress Factory in Deptford, NJ, in September 2022.. The salesman raved about the mattress and emphasized that the sides were reinforced. While writing up the order, he said that there was a delivery charge of $69 to be paid to the delivery driver ."in cash". I thought this was unusual, but complied. Within 3 weeks from the delivery date, the sides of the mattress where I would sit to get into bed, put my socks on, etc. was sinking and not returning to it's original form. I rotated ... read more
