Fantastic experience at Mattress Factory! Professional, kind and experienced salesmen. Delivery was exceptional, the delivery men even took out the bucket trash along with the mattress garbage. Highly recommended!
The team was very nice and personal. Obviously their job was to sell you a mattress but did not come off pushy. We were shopping for a queen mattress for our daughter and they did not try to up sell and basically laid out our option and let us make the decision of ourselves. Will be back when it is time to replace our King mattress
