Ron Stone at the Vineland store is a fantastic manager. I've purchased mattress on 3 separate occasions from this location and I've never had a bad experience. Prices are great and the customer service is fantastic. Will definitely continue to purchase all my mattresses from mattress factory. I also can't wait to go to sleep tonight . Wooooo

We were helped by Michael, a manager covering for the location we went to to shop. He was very helpful by telling us about their sale and helping us find what we needed for a comfortable sleep. He guided us to hybrid spring/foam mattresses and my partner and I found a bed within 15mins of being in the store. I will definitely be directing those searching for a new bed to this location.

When we 1st walked in Ron introduced him self and was very nice. He was able to help us pick the best mattress for us in or price range. We will definitely recommend this store to our friends and family.

Ron Stone was great! He walked me through the my sleep position and the types of bed that would be good for me. Showed me various options and firmness levels. He was open and honest about it all. I would 10/10 recommend Mattress Factory and Ron Stone!
