This is the second mattress we have purchased from this store (Vineland, NJ), and we are very happy with our experience. We were shopping for a special size mattress for our RV. Prior to going to the store, we had called another mattress store about getting a special size mattress. They told us they could only sell us the normal size mattress and tried to talk us into the wrong size. Ron, however, took the time and asked us questions about what our needs and wants were. Ron Stone helped us purchase a mattress to meet our needs. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he did not pressure me at all. He observed my posture while walking and led me straight to the bed I ended up buying (first-try!). I personally tried beds at other mattress stores and even other beds within Mattress Factory, and none of them compared to the bed Ron suggested right out of the gate.
