Everything about my experience at Mattress Factory was five star. The customer service by store manager, Ron, was top notch. He was honest and very knowledgeable about all of the products and there was no pressure. I was looking for a comfy, pillow-top mattress that supported spinal alignment and he pointed me in the right direction and gave me plenty of comparisons in all price ranges.
