Beautifully, I was very well pleased with the mattress I tried at the store. Very comfortable for my back and the staff were very pleasant and polite. I'm now waiting for my delivery 🚚. I'm very excited especially knowing I have 10 years warranty on my mattress, WONDERFUL & I have a chance in a sweepstakes. I really hope to win.

Dwight was GREAT! I went to 4 different stores before I decided to buy my mattress at Mattress Factory. I took a bad fall about a year and a half ago and I broke four ribs and punctured my lung.I am a side sleeper and I have been unable to sleep on that side ....since my fall ( which unfortunately was my favorite side). So I did allot of research on mattresses as well reviews of mattresses. I decided BeautyRest Black was what I wanted. But which one? The staff/manager listened to what we were looking for, helped us determine what type of mattress we needed, and allowed us time to decide which to purchase. We have put off shopping for a mattress for a long time mainly because we felt overwhelmed with what to pick. I’m so happy we came to Mattress Factory the decision was so easy, and I’ve already referred family to the store that’s how happy we are with our experience!
