I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Mattress Factory. Bob was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for, he provided me with a few suggestions and was available when I had questions. He gave me space to make a decision and was not at all “pushy” or driving me to purchase a more expensive option. The store is family owned and that detail makes a difference. If you’re looking for new mattresses/beds, go to the Mattress Factory- you’ll be pleased.

Bob helped us find the exact bed we needed. We were interested in adding an adjustable base and he helped us find the right model and features at a reasonable price. It was an excellent experience for both my wife and myself.
