Ron greeted us at door very friendly, asked a few questions and right away knew exactly what we needed. He was very knowledgeable answering every question we threw his way. All I can say is that we are so excited to finally have a found a mattress that we both loved at a great and reasonable price. We were looking for a queen-size, semi-hard mattress for our guests room. Mattress Factory being the fourth place we visited. Ron showed us a range of prices, qualities, market and technical history and finally, after a good deal of (Ron's) patience and information, got what we were looking for. The mattress should arrive home by next Tuesday. Thanks!

Ron was an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained differences in the variety of mattress' and was patient and personable with any questions asked. We were able to explore several brands and weren't pushed towards a certain brand or more expensive model.
