I previewed the mattress selections online. I went in with my where I was greeted by Jim Conway. My daughter and I told him what type of mattress she wanted. Jim walked us to 5 or 6 mattresses that he thought my daughter would like. 10 minutes later we had the mattress purchased and we took it home. We were probably there a total of 30 minutes.
