Verified Renter Everything has gone well. Only thing I have seen that is negative is junk cars. But I am not totally surprised given that this is an apartment complex. I was hoping to not see it so close to wealthy part of town.

Verified Renter The community is amazing and really does feel like home. The residents are so kind, maintenance staff is super helpful and considerate. Management is hard to get a hold of, but everything else is exactly what you would want from an apartment community.

Verified Renter It is okay for the price but communication needs to be improved and other residents dont seem to pick up after their dog so I see a lot of poop when I go on walks with my daughter especially by the playground which is frustrating
