Verified Renter Do not come here. Roaches in apartments. Have to carry trash too far to dumpster site. Is not a "gated community" if that is what you want.

Verified renters? Not telling the truth. Oh, where to begin? The busted gates allowing constant turn around traffic from the school accross the street and random.people sleeping in their cars in our lot? The noisy drunken pool parties so crowded with non-residents that renters can't get in? The dilapited finishes and aggressive dogs pooping everywhere? All this can be your's too for the ridiculous price of rent here. This place is falling apart. My lease is almost up then I am gone.

Not worth it. I will say if you are out of options go for it. But the rent prices have jumped with little improvement. No longer a gated community. Recently talked with fellow residents. Along with my apartment. People are noticing mildew and mold building up around the air vents. In order to clean properly the ducts must be cleaned also. For the price everything should be top of the line. Real wood floors, tile that isnt cracked upon moving in. There is rust in our dryer. Luckily it isnt where it could get on clothes. Verified Renter It is a gated community where the gates are literally never closed, they just have them. Good luck finding a parking spot late at night, or pulling out in the morning because cars are everywhere. They say anything you need to hear until you sign a lease and then they stop caring. We still have maintenance issues they never fixed.

Verified Renter Horrible parking and no one has done anything about the fire hazard (grill on patio) below my apartment. Please read the lease if you move in here because some people dont know how to follow rules.
