Would not recommend. Maintenance issues are insane! I currently live here and would not recommend it. Just to name a few... AC/Heat has broken 3 times since December, doors hanging off hinges upon move in, garage door routinely stops working, gate/garage remote has come "unlinked" 4 times and counting. Not to mention the parking is ridiculous. If you have more than 2 cars or expect visitors, good luck.

The main reasons... (Verified Renter) The main reasons I would not recommend this apartment is because the dumpsters are not emptied often enough. Trash piles up and overflows and remains like that for at least a week. Its unsanitary and a horrible eyesore.

sucks they like to take you app fee and then reject you with checking all of your credentials submitting the wrong information. staff don't know what they're doing and the manager is rude no wonder they sold the place
Incoming nice, Outgoing rude! Why is it that apartment management is so very kind and courteous when you rent an apartment, but when the inevitable move comes, they turn into these very rude people? I mean, they got my money and on time mind you. But the nature of renting is that eventually the tenant moves out.
