Great Community These apartments are great to live in. The apartments are really spacious and you get your own garage underneath your apartment to park in, also has a great community the people are really friendly and the main office holds events to get everyone together and its a great way to meet people.

Regency on The Green Community is like a small, safe neighborhood. The people are friendly. It's kind of like Hometown USA. Maintenance is quick. I have 2 BR, 2 Baths, living area, dining area, kitchen and a garage. Concierge services include trash pick up 3 times a week at your door. I am currently unable to walk and having that service is so helpful. I have 3 grandchildren that come over several times a week to swim and there are two pools. Regency on the Green I love everything about these apartments aside from the parking. The parking is completely unrealistic if you have more than 1 person with a car living in your apartment, they will either have to park behind you, in the VERY limited parking against the back of the complex or at the office in the front.

PEST BE AWARE I’ve had problems with mice and I have brought this to management attention since I moved in almost a year ago and have been dealing with mice in my garage there’s been mouse hole in my garage since I walked through my unit and they refuse to close them

Wonderful Tour and Impressions I recently stopped by and took a tour with one of your leasing agents. I’ve noticed this property many times on my way to the grocery store, so I finally decided to come in—and I’m glad I did! The community was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I also had the chance to meet the maintenance team, which was a great bonus.

BAD BAD PLACE TO LIVE After two years living here, I can recommend not living here. We had problems with garbage collection for over a year. Finally, when they solved that problem, we only enjoyed the pool for a month because the management had introduced the permits late. Therefore we pay a high rental price in order to have benefits that in most of these two years were not covered. We had to leave, because the management did not solve the reason why we had to leave before the end of the contract, and made “justified” use o... read more

DO NOT RENT I would choose 0 stars if it were an option!! This is the absolute worst place you could ever rent from!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE. HORRIBLE bug problem, they are not finding a solution to a MAJOR wasp problem inside of our unit(with a baby that also lives here), HORRIBLE trash problem and the dumpster becomes a landfill weekly…. Front office staff is rude and no help- there’s ALWAYS excuses. This is the absolute worst place you could live. Stay far away!!!!

The lack of... (Verified Renter) The lack of parking leave no room to invite guests EVER. The trash area is so embarrassing.
