The Milestone is a perfect setting for a wedding. The outdoor space, with the pergola and arch for a focal point, is beautiful, surrounded by gardens, a bridge and trees. The patio offers not only a place for guests to gather, but also a lovely overlook of Hill Country. The inside space provides a stage for a band, dj, or an indoor wedding. Glory is the real MVP at this venue. Before Glory moved to this location my wife and I really felt unheard. It seemed like the venue just cared about our money and that it. As soon as Glory came we finally felt heard and she helped answer any and all questions that we had. The food was really good and the venue itself was gorgeous. I will be honest, as other brides have said, the Milestone: Georgetown has gone through NUMEROUS management changes. Previous management did not do a good job in attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, or really care about their clients as people. The last management change was to Glory as their GM. The Milestone went beyond my expectations. The food was delicious - one guest commented that it was the best wedding food he’d had in 30 years. Ashlyn was my coordinator and handled everything beautifully. There wasn’t a single issue! Raegan handled all my questions and requests and went over the top to make it the most wonderful day of my life.
Raegan Zdanowicz was the 5th manager we had to work with due to turbulence in staffing at the Milestone. The first one, Riley, was very good but was there for a short time before COVID hit and she left. After that, it was painful working with the string of managers who came and went until Raegan was appointed the manager towards the end. She was very much easier to work with. My wedding turned out AMAZING with The Milestone-Georgetown. Raegan was very responsive from the beginning which is a HUGE reason I booked at this location over others. Communication is such a big deal when it comes to wedding planning and they did a great job at that. Both of my day of coordinators we’re amazing and I would not have been able to relax and enjoy my wedding without them. We chose this venue in a hurry with NO regrets. We originally thought this venue was going to be over kill for our small quest count of 40 consisting of family and a few close friends but that was not the case. Hannah and Amy was wonderful to work with. Hannah kept us abreast along the way with updates through the portal and Amy was on point the day of by keeping everyone on track.
