We couldn’t ask for a better place to have our wedding! The venue had us postpone our original date that was in April 2020 due to COVID 19 and the county restrictions. They worked with us in selecting a new date. We had our wedding two months later. Prior to the wedding date we had a second details meeting just to make sure everything was good prior to the original shut down of everything. The Milestone was a dream to work with and have a wedding at! Rami Carter was my coordinator through the venue and she is AMAZING. She was able to deal with all of my small requests, and worked hard to make my day exactly how I wanted it to be! The lighting, sound, venue grounds, interior, everything were just perfect. I am so grateful that I was able to hold my wedding reception at The Milestone in Georgetown! The venue is absolutely stunning - with the balcony, the staircase, the suites for the bride and groom, etc! One of our concerns as a family was space for our guests and making sure they didn't feel constricted. Thankfully, this venue is very spacious. The staff is super friendly and professional as well. I understand it’s the way of the industry to work with many different people at a venue and everyone we spoke to was so kind! We did bounce around to a few people from the time we signed our contract to our actual wedding day. The staff of the milestone was honestly better than I could ever imagine. Rami, Jennifer, and the catering staff were beyond kind and attentive, I felt as if they went the extra mile to give us the perfect day and they were never bothered with anything we asked! The venue is stunning! Indoor and Outdoor. our guests were just stunned at the beauty of the venue and location. Ethnee was so easy to work with. The only downside was having to coordinate the bar set up with using a 3rd party service for tending, a vendor for spirits and the venue for beer/wine. It's just a lot of people to have to work with and plan to - none of these vendors seemed to communicate with each other. Outside of that, everything else was perfect. From the very first visit, the staff was genuine, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We only visited one other venue before the Milestone and almost immediately decided this was the right venue for us. They really worked with us and our budget to get us everything we were looking for. Our guests absolutely LOVED the venue and the view from the balcony, being able to see the beautiful sunset, made for amazing pictures and really heightened the beauty of the property. The Milestone Team was nothing but amazing! super professional and patient to our needs for our big day! we had so many compliments about the food (BBQ) from our guests that we knew we were in good hands! Victoria, our venue coordinator was nothing but brilliant and selfless! She made my day feel super stress-free and easy! Her professionalism as well as a gift for organizing the day to day event was flawless! would 100% recommend this venue to anyone wanting an experience team!
