The outside ceremony area was very pretty and everything went according to plan. There were a few things I did not like. A lot of the men had white come off onto their pants from the outdoor ceremony chairs. The food was NOT GOOD AT ALL! The meat I could not chew and the veggies were all WAY over cooked. We booked with this venue for our wedding before the pandemic lock downs, but our date ended up being during the pandemic (Fall 2020). We were not given any chances to reschedule despite both working in the medical field and having very high-risk family members that we wanted to share in our special day. We were told that if we rescheduled, we would have to pay everything again (not given the choice of rescheduling for a week day at no additional charge, or paying a rescheduling fee...nothing...just paying $15,000 twice)! Very disappointed in management as well like the other review said. Day of coordinator, Hannah, was very unprofessional. Very rude throughout the entire process with her remarks and attitude. Seemed very annoyed with any questions myself or my bridal party would have. Everything was an inconvenience to her. Thankfully, there was another lady involved and she was AMAZING!!!! But please do yourself a favor and hire a different day of coordinator if you are parred up with Hannah. The venue itself was amazing, food was amazing!

VERY disappointed in management! The Milestone deserves a negative star review. Please do yourself a huge favor & save yourself stress by NOT booking this venue. All of my vendors were from out of town and I had no issues communicating with them. However, The Milestone (local to where I lived) was a different story. Once we booked The Milestone and signed the contract, we realized all they care about is $$$. Was the maid of honor for a wedding in December and just like the last bad review, we experienced the same thing. This venue is beautiful and the spaces are just like the pictures but the management of the place/staff was a disaster. I felt like my family and I ran the entire wedding, I didn’t get to enjoy my sisters wedding like I should’ve. It has taken me a long time since the wedding to be able to write a review on this venue because the wedding was so emotional due to the mismanagement of this venue by the people who work on site and at the parent company that owns several locations across Texas. Working with them was exhausting and one of the worst experiences I have ever had. COVID issues aside, they do not follow contracts and will break your contract without your approval or choice. This venue is a very beautiful place to get married but the change in management has affected my rating a lot. The day of wedding coordinator didn’t know how to run things even after we wrote down details of how we wanted things set up and a timeline of when certain things start. She told our caterer that she was dismissed when there servers were suppose to clean the tables off and cut the cake before leaving. I was "grandfathered" in and happen to be working with them during a lot of there transitions and renovations. One of these being that there was a TABC license that was put into place and we were no longer able to do BYOB. My contract had already been changed without my consent and I had no other choice. The team was understanding of the situation and of what we had purchased and they gave me options to pay them separately for alcohol and they would be in charge of purchasing it or buying one of their outrageous packages. Personally, I wouldn't recommend The Milestone, based on my experience on my wedding day and how my guests were treated. Now that I have gotten my deposit back, I will explain why. PROS: The venue is pretty and spacious - The catering food was great - There are a lot of different ways you can utilize the space - The location, being off the highway makes it a quiet place to get married!
