Just moved in, but so far everything has been awesome! Both Dino and Vatsal have been extremely helpful, friendly, and quickly responsive to all my emails. Having moved across the country to Chicago into the Milwood, sight unseen, they made the process as easy as possible and answered all my questions. Plus, my apartment is absolutely perfect-great location and super cute!
Love the building so far. It is located near the blue line and is in the center of nightlife. So far, the sound with the train nearby has not been a problem as the construction team did a good job with the insulation. Dino A has been a great help with the move in and I am enjoying the place! Highly recommend.
I would absolutely NOT recommend living at The Milwood and would give this business negative stars if I could. From the beginning, it was clear that management (Pat Gentry, Nick Pinto, and others) does not care about tenants and their experiences. Just moved in to the Milwood flats and I really like the apartment and location. Great service from Dino, who helped me to get access to my house keys and promptly answered my questions about setting up amenities + wifi. So far so good!
