I would absolutely NOT recommend living at The Milwood and would give this business negative stars if I could. From the beginning, it was clear that management (Pat Gentry, Nick Pinto, and others) does not care about tenants and their experiences. I didn’t think much of it until several months into my lease when a leak/flood began in the ceiling of my bedroom. I was awoken at 3am to dirty roof water dripping onto my bed that was dark brown. Just moved in, but so far everything has been awesome! Both Dino and Vatsal have been extremely helpful, friendly, and quickly responsive to all my emails. Having moved across the country to Chicago into the Milwood, sight unseen, they made the process as easy as possible and answered all my questions. Plus, my apartment is absolutely perfect-great location and super cute!
Love the building so far. It is located near the blue line and is in the center of nightlife. So far, the sound with the train nearby has not been a problem as the construction team did a good job with the insulation. Dino A has been a great help with the move in and I am enjoying the place! Highly recommend.
I have been thoroughly impressed with the property manager (Dino) at The Milwood Flats. Their professionalism and responsiveness have made my living experience seamless. Any concerns or maintenance issues were promptly addressed, and their proactive communication ensures a well-maintained and enjoyable living environment. I appreciate their dedication to resident satisfaction, making The Milwood Flats a great place to call home.
I have been living here at the Milwood for a little over a year now and have absolutely no complaints! Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and everything is done through an app which is super convenient! Pat Gentry is our property manager and he is seriously the best.
