Ken and his team were just phenomenal to work with. They were always ready, willing and able to address all of our questions and alleviate all of our concerns and I assure you we had a LOT of them. Real estate today (from sale to loan origination to closing) is now handled by emailed links—which I detest using—what about people who don’t have or possibly are not proficient with computers? This is a flood from numerous people. This office’s staff worked with me AT THEIR OFFICE so I could keep from losing my last bit of sanity!! Thanks to Ron, Zack and others..
