Everyone was very friendly and helpful, communication was excellent and we were kept in the loop on what was coming up next and what documents and forms were needed. Your team educated us on the whole process since we don’t apply for mortgages every day. We had a very easy and straightforward process with this mortgage and felt very well taken care of during this process.

You had me at packing tape. To be honest it was the little touches that will stay with me about our interaction. The seasoned salt, pet tags, sparkling wine at closing, etc. This is our third home purchase and I have never encountered that many personal touches in any financial transaction, bar none. In addition, it was the constant communication throughout every step of the process that made the final closing meeting quite streamlined and effortless

I have done quite a few mortgages over the years. In my opinion Joseph has to be one of the best. His communications with myself and the team was the best I had ever experienced.
