The whole process started out as each three of us being out of state. I was the main contact person with the office but the email correspondence needed to be done individually to complete each step of the process. We were able to sign document remotely via eSign except we needed to be present for the closing. The receptionist was very friendly whenever I called except after hour operator was rude and not nice so I would recommend to call the office within business hours.
