Overall we were very thankful for the assistance! Kevin was great everytime we were able to talk to him, but there were a few times we had trouble getting in contact with him or anyone from his team. Taylor Hooten was a bit difficult to deal with in that we could not reach him, but he kept advising us to sign documents that we knew had errors. Specifically documents for the VA Loan.
