The whole process from start to finish was so organized. Each person we dealt with knew exactly what we needed and kept us informed the whole way through. When we changed hands from one person/department to the next it was always explained to us so we knew who to contact and who would be reaching out to us. The customer service is excellent from the communication to all the extra little touches that were mailed to us and gifts that were sent when we were approved and closing!
