Doug Stevenson was most helpful. We were delayed closing due to proof of funding issue. Come to find out all they had to do was tell us we could have had a gift letter signed by an immediate relative. Once this was presented to us 2 days before last chance closing date we closed on time thanks to Doug. Personally, my only recommendation would be for Mr. Doug Stevenson.
