We had an amazing experience with Kevin Dame and his team. Kevin was kind, patient and always available to answer our questions. He walked us through the entire process and consistently provided updates. Kevin got us pre approved, helped us with our credit and locked in an excellent rate. Just to let you know, I'm super appreciative that we got it done. I just feel it was great that we got it done but it dragged on and on and I'm not sure who is supposed to get it done but it seemed unnecessarily long and many times where it just was not pushed through and gotten wrapped. But I'm super happy that we did get it done but not on how it was handled at least I feel that there could have been more reality on what was happening and more solutions on how to just get it done. I hope that makes sense.
