Judith was very knowledgeable and from the beginning helped me to decide refinancing was my best option. She was in touch with me often then walked me step by step throughout the entire process. I have never applied for a mortgage myself and didn’t really understand the process. My lender was wonderful. However I think understanding the mortgage process a little better would’ve made the process better. So maybe having more education. This was a learning process For me.
