Patrick and team were excellent at guiding us through the process they worked closely with our realtor but made sure we understood what was happening at each step of the process. Being responsive to email and text was also super helpful as sometimes it's hard to get away from work to make a phone call.

Everything about my experience with Tim was outstanding. From my first interaction with Tim, I knew I was in good hands. Tim was patient and beyond kind. This man truly cares.
