Everyone who serviced our refinancing was wonderful and very pleasant. They reached out immediately with any concerns. My overall experience was not rated at excellent only because I had multiple lenders from other firms reaching out to me during this same time period. I received communication from the appraiser and Alison from the title company but was never given any instructions on who, when and from what title company I would be working with.
