First of all, Todd suggested how we could qualify for a mortgage on a second home using our IRA which other mortgage brokers had claimed not possible. Todd called each week to keep me informed where we were in the process. All the details were handled smoothly and via online. All went smoothly.

My consultant was readily available by phone, text and in the office. I enjoyed the process, and thoroughly enjoyed the banter. I was able to talk openly, my queries were investigated, and feedback was prompt. I was provided with a home inspection and homeowners insurance referrals.
