Initially, Todd gave me a mortgage monthly payment calculator that has a preloaded PMI of $350/month so that made the initial search for houses very difficult. Once we got that bug worked out, everything else was great. He checked in weekly to make sure we were on track and helped us through a power of attorney that we didn’t end up using.
