She was great to work with. She went above and beyond, continuously followed up. Explained rates and the entire process. She has a willingness to assist and she takes full ownership of the entire process. I felt very comfortable with her she became family. Her knowledge on the process was amazing, this is the 4th home I closed on and it was the easiest process with her. Communication is key. Even when everything is seamless,! purchasing a home can be a bit stressful. All interactions and conversations with Todd and his team were informative and timely. As a REALTOR I am surrounded by lenders. I think it speaks volumes who we use personally and I knew within our first meeting who we would use if we ever needed to purchase again. We were also closed in less than 3 weeks and has clear to close days early. Rate was also spot on. We highly recommend.
