James made it great. We had a hot opportunity. I called him Friday after 5 and all through the weekend. He was available (even while he was on a sail boat with his son during the weekend), prompt, professional and answered all my questions. By Monday, I had the home. Everyone with Patrick's team was very clear with the information they needed from me and expected closing date. All of the emails I sent or replied to was addressed within an hour or two.
