Dan and Kelly were awesome be they were very professional and understanding due to the fact that I am not tech savvy. It took a lot of patience along the way to purchasing my new home. Being first-time home buyers, we naturally had many questions and concerns along the way. Jason was, hands down, our go-to for information while buying our first home. He was nearly always available when we reached out and I cannot think of a time when he did not have a patient, well thought out and well communicated answer to our questions. He even went above and beyond to ensure that communication issues with other staff at TMF (which were rare) were resolved quickly and efficiently.
