To be fair, I am trying to distinguish if this survey is for just Shane or also is to include the off site underwriting team. Shane personally was fantastic to work with. We did however miss the agreed close date by 2 days due from information miscommunication in the underwriting team as I understand it. Please do not hold this against Shanes' department, overall still very satisfied with the service.
