My experience with Todd was great. I referred him to a friend of mine buying a home in Atlanta. The only complaint I have regarding my experience with Todd is the small time frame he allotted for us to wire the money for closing. Great experience otherwise!

This was not my first loan with John Johnson at The Mortgage Firm. This time I needed a fast refi and cash out to make a large purchase. I knew that closing may be slower due to Covid-19, but John was able to close the loan in 23 days from start to finish. This was much faster than I ever imagined possible. John is always easy to work with and is great with communication throughout the process. I highly recommend John Johnson and MTF.
