I have refinanced a home or purchased a home numerous times in my life. Even though there were some bumps on this one, all of which were due to market conditions, this was one of the smoothest ones yet. Every issue was quickly solved by Ed and his assistant Kandi, both lovely and caring people. Every phone call or email quickly returned and every promise made quickly fulfilled. Dan Stanton is very thorough and professional. Whenever we had questions, he was always happy to answer our questions. It didn't matter what time of day was or how many times we asked the same questions that we were confused about. At the end of the closing, Dan also checked in with us from time to time to make sure we were comfortable with the numbers. The time commitment he gave was outstanding. He always answered our questions very quickly even when he was on his vacation.

JeanLuc was amazing! Our first mortgage person disappeared on us. My realtor suggested JeanLuc and I wish we had done the mortgage with JeanLuc from the start. He was amazing. JeanLuc was incredibly quick about everything and yet still super friendly and easy to work with. I have no idea how he was able to do all that work so quickly, but I am super appreciative of the work and highly recommend him to everyone!
