Jill was very thorough on getting everything together for underwriting. When it went to underwriting we didn't have anything come back on us needing to get. She explained everything , how everything was handled. I didn't understand a lot of it. But she was able to explain it to me more than once. She's personable. Nice to talk to. Very understanding.
