Communicating primary through email isn't the best. I would prefer a phone call explaining everything and a followup email with the information in it.

There are no ratings high enough to accurately depict the level of service and care that I received as a newbie to the home-buying space. The level of respect and care that I got was akin to my own family needing to make sure I made it out financially well off, with options, and plenty of support. I cannot recommend The Mortgage Firm and, more specificially, Clarissa, enough to anyone buying property for the first, second, or tenth time.
