Ray was always informed and patient. He immediately helped with my questions and resolved issues. For example, I was asked to provide transcripts from school, which would be difficult during the holiday season. He was able to get that overlooked and proceed with the loan. He explained what was going on with the loan and what was being asked of me anytime I had questions. He was quick to get to know me and my needs and very personable.
