Working with Bryan and his team was an excellent experience. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and Bryan took the time to explain everything that I should expect and to answer any concerns that I had. Suzanne & her staff made everything easy. Suzanne's suggestion to refinance rather than pursuing an equity line of credit will be life changing. We are consolidating all of our debt and obtaining money for improvements to our house and setting aside funding for a new roof, while keeping our mortgage payments about the same. By putting our debts on the house rather than on credit cards, we can write off interest on our income taxes.
