We were on a tight schedule for a short close and Patrick's team did a terrific job, but what REALLY stood out is that we had a hiccup on our end on the day before close. Patrick got with us right away and made the problem disappear even though it was our fault, not theirs. They fixed the paperwork the same day and the close happened on schedule. We were truly impressed by their professionalism and responsiveness!
