Communication was good. Help with the grueling process of electronic documents that are highly sensitive they needed. Staying on top of interest rate changes and revising when needed. I didn’t like the estimate disclosure which is not easy to understand with estimates constantly changing. Maybe a balance sheet approach would be easier on customer for reconciliation of the loan numbers.
