Great communication and ease of correspondence! There was the issue of the expected cost (closing) that was estimated to be no more than $2000, however was over $4,000 plus the money that came off of the selling price, and the $1,000 earnest fee. I understand it was an estimate.

I apologize for the misunderstanding. When speaking to your husband I asked if that was ok or if he would like the file to be restructured and go back to underwriting and close a day or so later and he decided to close ASAP. Again sorry.
